Bob Harris presented soldering and desoldering at our monthly meeting, held this past Tuesday, March 4th.
During the presentation, Bob demonstrated how to desolder a capacitor and a diode. He also soldered the diode back as an example. Bob also showed the group how to solder connections, using an RG8X coax and a PL259 connector. Our next monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 1st at the Logan County Search & Rescue Building in Russellville, beginning promptly at 6pm. Matthew Rainey will be presenting information on POTA activations. We are looking forward to the knowledge he has to share in this area.
